The decision reinstates directors Antony Catalano, Geoff Wilson AO, Jesse Hamilton, Martyn McCathie, and Sulieman Ravell, while Mr. Bolton’s executive roles are suspended pending an internal investigation. Additionally, Mr. John Patton has been removed as company secretary, with Mr. Hamilton taking over the role. The company’s registered office has also been relocated to Wilson Asset Management in Sydney.
