Keybridge Capital Appoints New Director

Keybridge Capital Limited (AU:KBC) has released an update.

Keybridge Capital Limited has announced the appointment of Richard Dukes as a director effective September 27, 2024. In his initial director’s interest notice, it was revealed that Dukes holds no registered securities in the company; however, he has an indirect interest through Australian Style Group Pty Ltd, where he is the independent sole director, which holds 35,653,273 ordinary shares. No interests in contracts relevant to Keybridge Capital were reported at this time.
