Key Board Member Resigns from Australian Rare Earths

Australian Rare Earths Limited (AU:AR3) has released an update.

Bryn Jones, co-founder and board member of Australian Rare Earths Limited (AR3), has announced his resignation from the board, effective 21 June 2024, due to his new role at 5E Advanced Materials and other commitments. Chairman Angus Barker acknowledged Jones’s vital role in the company’s development, including the Koppamurra project, while Jones expressed confidence in AR3’s continued success and affirmed his intention to remain a major shareholder. AR3 continues to focus on developing its Koppamurra Project, aiming to be a key player in the supply of metals for the green economy.
