Kerry Properties Limited has announced a change in its Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office to Tricor Investor Services Limited, effective from December 30, 2024. Shareholders are advised to lodge applications for share transfers with Tricor from the effective date. Uncollected share certificates after December 27, 2024, will be available at the new registrar’s office.
