Kerry Logistics Network has announced the renewal of its Warehouses Management Agreements set to expire in October 2024, entering into new agreements for continued warehouse management and leasing services. The new agreements, which include a minimum revenue guarantee by the warehouse manager, a subsidiary of the company, will be effective from October 2024 to October 2027. These transactions, with the company’s connected persons, fall under specific reporting and review requirements but not shareholder approval, according to the Listing Rules.
