Kerry Group plc has repurchased 6,000 of its A ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin at an average price of €94.4021 per share as part of its €300 million Buyback Programme. This initiative, which began in May 2024, aims to reduce the total number of shares in circulation, potentially boosting the value of remaining shares. Following these transactions, Kerry will have 169,944,068 shares in issue.
