Kerry Group PLC has announced a significant share buyback, purchasing 16,598 of its own shares on Euronext Dublin, with prices ranging from €89.5500 to €89.9500 per share. The action is part of a larger share repurchase program, aiming to buy back up to €300 million worth of shares by December 19, 2024. After the transaction and the cancellation of the acquired shares, Kerry will have 170,793,154 Ordinary Shares in issue.
