Kermode Resources Ltd. has announced significant updates to their BLACK PANTHER property, including a reduction in exploration claims, a reshuffle of the vendor group, and a rebranding of the project to BEATON GOLD on Vancouver Island. The updated project now spans approximately 934 hectares, with a revised share issuance schedule and ownership terms among the four proprietors. Moreover, the Net Smelter Return royalty has been modified, offering a buy-down option, and the Sales Participation Right has been eliminated.
