Kermode Resources Ltd. has updated its option agreement terms for the Lightning Peak gold project in British Columbia, eliminating share payments and spending requirements. Spanning 3,285 hectares, the property’s option agreement includes an initial one-year term with provisions for extensions. The agreement also assigns a 55% Sales Participation Right to the vendors from any gross proceeds of sales related to the project.
