Kermode Resources Ltd has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $25,000 through the issuance of 2.5 million units priced at $0.01 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are earmarked for general working capital, excluding management fees and investor relations, with specific allocations for CFO services and auditor fees. No finder’s fees were paid, and a second tranche is expected to close subject to regulatory approval.
