Kermode Resources Ltd. has announced that they will issue 500,000 shares to Malaspina Consultants Inc. as payment for services rendered in July 2024, valued at $5,000. The shares, priced at $0.01 each based on the closing share price of August 1, 2024, will be subject to a four-month holding period.
