Kerlink SA Approves Financial Statements at General Meeting

Kerlink SA (FR:ALKLK) has released an update.

Kerlink SA held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 19, 2024, where shareholders met to approve the individual and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The meeting, which was validly constituted with over a quarter of the share capital present or represented, also involved the discharge to the Directors and the approval of expenses and charges as per the General Tax Code. All legal documents were provided, and no new agenda items or resolutions were requested by the shareholders.
