Keppel’s Subsidiary KCM2 Officially Struck Off

Keppel Corporation Limited (SG:BN4) has released an update.

Keppel Corporation Limited has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, KC Management Two Pte. Ltd., has been officially removed from the Singapore Register of Companies. The subsidiary, which ceased operations on 31 October 2023, was struck off in accordance with the Companies Act. This event is not expected to affect Keppel’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the current financial year.
