Keppel Trust Issues Units for Base Fee Payment

Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SG:A7RU) has released an update.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust has issued 933,242 units at S$0.4981 each to its trustee-manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., representing 4.9% of its base fee for the second half of 2023. The remaining 95.1% of the base fee will be paid in cash. This issuance method is in accordance with the terms set out in the Trust Deed governing the Trust’s operations.
