Keppel Corporation Limited has reported a strong start to the year with increased net profits in the first quarter of 2024, driven by robust performance in Infrastructure and Connectivity, although overall net profit was affected negatively by legacy offshore and marine assets. The company’s asset management fees soared by 52%, significantly boosting recurring income by 51% year-over-year. They are also advancing in their asset-light strategy, having already received S$71.3 million from Asset Co and moving towards the divestment of a landbank in Wuxi, China.
