Keppel REIT has secured a substantial Loan Facility, guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore), which is conditional upon maintaining Keppel Capital Holdings or Keppel Ltd. as the manager. If a Review Event occurs, where a new manager is not appointed as stipulated, the lender may demand full repayment within 15 business days. Currently, the Review Event has not taken place, and Keppel REIT’s total facilities at risk in such an event amount to approximately S$2.687 billion.
