Keppel REIT has launched a Green Financing Framework to bolster its sustainability initiatives, in line with international guidelines, and has issued A$175 million in green notes due in 2027. This move aligns with their environmental, social, and governance goals and is supported by Keppel REIT’s majority sustainability-focused funding. The Framework, which was advised by DBS and received a high sustainability quality score from Moody’s, will guide future green financial transactions.
