Keppel REIT has issued over 13.5 million units at S$0.8353 each to its management company as payment for the base fee component of its management services for the second quarter of 2024. This move, in accordance with the trust deed provisions, has increased the management company’s unitholding to approximately 4.23% of Keppel REIT’s total issued units. The company has chosen to receive this portion of the management fee entirely in units, a choice it has been entitled to since the financial year ending 31 December 2008.
