Keppel REIT boosts 1Q 2026 income on MBFC and Top Ryde deals

The latest announcement is out from Keppel REIT ( (SG:K71U) ).

Keppel REIT reported a stronger first quarter of 2026, with higher property income, net property income and distributable income driven by the December 2025 acquisitions of a 75% stake in Top Ryde City Shopping Centre and an additional one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, as well as improved occupancy at Ocean Financial Centre. Its portfolio maintained a high committed occupancy of 97.1%, robust rental reversions of 17.2% and a long weighted average lease expiry of 4.4 years, while aggregate leverage stood at 40.2% and 62% of borrowings were on fixed rates, reflecting disciplined capital management and a well-staggered debt maturity profile.

Singapore remained the key earnings contributor, supported by stronger rentals and the expanded stake in MBFC Tower 3, while the Australia portfolio benefited from the new shopping centre and a stronger AUD despite some currency drag in North Asia. Management is progressing refinancing for all 2026 debt and continues to emphasise sustainability-linked funding, which now makes up the bulk of borrowings, positioning the REIT defensively amid interest rate volatility and underpinning income visibility for unitholders through diversified assets, long leases and steady tenant demand across core office markets.

The most recent analyst rating on (SG:K71U) stock is a Buy with a S$1.05 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Keppel REIT stock, see the SG:K71U Stock Forecast page.
