Keppel DC REIT (SG:AJBU) has released an update.
Keppel DC REIT has issued over half a million units at S$1.6946 each to pay its management fees for various properties in its portfolio for Q1 2024. The payment, which includes a mix of full and partial base fee components, is in line with the trust deed provisions allowing for fee payment in units and cash. Post-issuance, the REIT’s management now holds approximately 0.808% of the total issued units.
