Keppel Corporation Limited has announced the amalgamation of two of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Keppel Fund Management Limited and Keppel Capital Alternative Asset Pte. Ltd., to optimize its organizational structure. The merged entity, operational from 28 June 2024, is not anticipated to significantly affect the company’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the current financial year.
