The subsidiaries that have been liquidated include Array Construction Pte. Ltd., Nopaford Pte. Ltd., Modtown Pte. Ltd., Jewel Development Pte. Ltd., and Keppel Land Asia Pte Ltd. This action follows the initial announcement made in October 2023, marking the end of these entities.
