Keppel Corporation Limited has emerged victorious in an arbitration case, securing an award of S$34 million with interest, related to the acquisition dispute over Singapore Press Holdings Limited. The tribunal’s decision, which includes a 5.33% per annum interest from April 2022, is not expected to significantly affect Keppel’s financial position this year. A separate decision regarding the arbitration costs will follow.
