Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (KFFB) has shared an update.
Kentucky First Federal Bancorp has welcomed R. Clay Hulette to its Board of Directors, with a term set to expire at the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting, and a nomination for re-election for a term ending in 2026. Hulette, who has a rich history with the company, including roles such as VP, Treasurer, and CFO since its inception, fills the vacancy left by Tony D. Whitaker’s retirement. Alongside his company duties, Hulette’s appointment coincides with the announcement of Walter G. Ecton, Jr. as the new Chair of the Board.
