Kenorland Partners Exercise Rights to Retain Stakes

Kenorland Minerals (TSE:KLD) has released an update.

Kenorland Minerals Ltd. has announced that both Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd. and Centerra Gold Inc. will exercise their rights to maintain their respective 10.1% and 9.9% ownership interests in the company. This comes as part of their agreements that allow them to purchase additional shares to keep their stakes in response to new share issuances by Kenorland. A total of 322,640 common shares will be issued at $1.05 each, pending the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
