Kenon’s subsidiary OPC Energy Ltd. has successfully closed a significant equity investment deal with Harrison Street, a U.S. private equity fund, investing $200 million into CPV Renewable Power LLC. This marks the first phase of a $300 million total investment, with the remaining $100 million expected in 2025.
