Kenmare Resources Reports Change in Major Holdings

Kenmare Resources (GB:KMR) has released an update.

Kenmare Resources Plc has announced a change in their major holdings, with FIL Limited reporting a crossing of the threshold on May 15, 2024, and now holding a combined total of 6.82% in voting rights. This notification, required by the Central Bank of Ireland, follows the acquisition and disposal of both direct voting rights and financial instruments, resulting in FIL Limited’s voting rights decreasing from 7.34% to 6.82%.
