Kencana Agri Announces Board Reshuffle

Kencana Agri Limited (SG:BNE) has released an update.

Kencana Agri Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, with Mr Kuan Cheng Tuck stepping in as the new Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, alongside Mr Kent Surya who joins as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. These appointments follow the resignations of Mr Soh Yew Hock and two other Independent Directors, effective from 26 April 2024.
