Kelso Technologies Inc. has disclosed its consolidated financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2021-2023, affirming the fair presentation of its financial position and operations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The independent audit, conducted by Smythe LLP since 2006, did not identify any material misstatements and highlighted the critical audit matter regarding the valuation of intangible assets within the KXI HD segment. Despite challenges, the company’s intangible assets were deemed recoverable without impairment as of December 31, 2023.
