Kelso Group Holdings plc has increased its stake in TheWorks.co.uk PLC, crossing the threshold to now hold 6.15% of voting rights, up from the previous position of 5.99%. The transaction, which took place on June 27, 2024, involved the acquisition of 3,845,000 voting rights by Kelso Group Holdings, a company based in London, UK.
