Kelly Partners Group Holdings Ltd. has announced the establishment of Kelly Partners Texas, a new venture under its Growth Partnership Platform initiative, marking a significant step towards building Australia’s first global accounting firm. The firm will be led by a management trio with a strong commitment, owning a 49.9% stake, while the subsidiary Kelly Partners Group Holdings (USA) Inc. holds the majority. The Texas-based team will spearhead the acquisition of local accounting businesses, starting with the launch of two new operations in San Angelo and San Antonio.
