Keller Group plc has appointed Stephen King as an independent non-executive director, bringing his extensive senior-level experience from various sectors to the company’s committees. The current Chairman, Peter Hill CBE, plans to retire in the first half of 2025, with a formal search for his replacement already initiated. Additionally, Peter Hill has been named as the incoming Chairman of Synthomer plc, starting from January 2025 after an induction period.
