Southside Bancshares (SBSI) just unveiled an update.
Keith Donahoe has been appointed as President of Southside Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary Southside Bank. Bringing over 30 years of commercial banking experience, Donahoe previously served as Regional President of Central Texas at Southside and held a 26-year tenure at Frost Bank. His new role comes with a $510,000 annual salary and similar benefits to other executive officers, with no related party transactions or familial ties to the company’s board or executives. Lee R. Gibson retains his position as CEO and director.
