KEFI Gold and Copper PLC has adjusted its Short Term Incentive (STI) bonus plan to include minimum share price criteria for cash bonuses to top executives, aligning executive rewards more closely with shareholder value. The changes follow shareholder feedback and apply specifically to the Executive Chairman and Finance Director, with the Chief Operating Officer’s bonus unchanged due to different performance measures. The revised STI bonuses now hinge on achieving specific share price targets alongside the previously established milestones.
