Kenedix Office Investment Corporation (JP:8972) has released an update.
KDX Realty Investment Corporation has announced a renaming of two of its properties, with the changes taking effect on August 1, 2024. The healthcare facility formerly known as Kobe Kitano will now be called Medical Rihabili-home Granda, and the housing for medical care previously referred to as Life ship Yunokawa will be renamed Nursing home Rera Yunokawa. This decision was made in response to the tenants changing the names of the properties.
