KDA Group Inc. successfully held its annual general and special meeting, with over 51% of shares represented and unanimous support for the appointment of nominee directors and auditor. Additionally, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the amendment of the stock option plan and the adoption of a new by-law. The meeting concluded with the appointment of Marc Lemieux as chairman, president, and CEO, and Michael W. Kinley as CFO.
