KCR Residential REIT Plc has reported a 14% increase in revenue for the financial year 2024, achieving £1.80 million, attributed to property modernizations and the Cristal Apartments operating model. Administrative costs were reduced by 7% despite inflationary pressures, reflecting strong cost management. The company continues efforts to become cashflow positive and expects Deanery Court to significantly contribute to revenue growth in 2025.
