KBR, Inc. has appointed Nchacha E. Etta, a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience in global finance organizations, to its Board of Directors, effective from August 12, 2024. With a financial background honed at leading healthcare and consumer product companies, including senior roles at Omnicell, Inc., Essilor of America, and Johnson & Johnson Vision, Etta brings valuable expertise to KBR’s Audit and Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committees. Recognized as an independent and non-employee director, he meets the New York Stock Exchange’s criteria for independence and is acknowledged as an audit committee financial expert.
