Kazera Global Moves to Swift Arbitration over Aftan Sale

Kazera Global plc (GB:KZG) has released an update.

Kazera Global plc has initiated arbitration proceedings against Hebei Xinjian Construction for failing to pay approximately $9.5 million due for the sale of African Tantalum (Pty) Ltd. The expedited arbitration will take place in Windhoek, Namibia, and aims to resolve the dispute within 60 business days. Despite the payment setback, the company has received approval to mine lithium, potentially increasing the value of its assets.
