Kavango Resources PLC, a metals exploration company focused on Southern Africa, has announced plans for a secondary listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange in Zimbabwe, alongside appointing Thamsanqa (‘Tham’) Mpofu as Chairman of its wholly owned subsidiary, Kavango Zimbabwe (Private) Limited. This move aims to draw in Zimbabwe-based investors and broaden the company’s capital and shareholder base as part of its commitment to investing in Zimbabwe’s mining sector. Kavango is showing positive results from its exploration activities in the region and seeks to contribute to Zimbabwe’s 2030 Vision for economic growth.
