Kauri NZ Investment Limited has increased its stake in Comvita Limited to 11.291% of the ordinary shares on issue, according to a substantial product holder notice filed with the NZX. The move follows the acquisition, via a crossing on 16 April 2026, of 4,408,736 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.68 per share, with settlement due on 20 April 2026.

The latest purchase builds on previous on-market transactions since 2013, during which Kauri NZ both added to and trimmed its position in the stock.
