Katoro Gold PLC (AIM: KAT) has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, with shareholders passing all resolutions by a show of hands. Key approvals included the re-appointment of directors Sean Wade, Lukas Marthinus Maree, and Louis Scheepers, as well as the re-appointment of Crowe UK LLP as the company’s auditor. Shareholders also authorized the directors to allot shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights, indicating strong support for the current leadership and future corporate strategies.
