Kaspi.kz JSC, listed on Nasdaq as KSPI, has announced the successful passage of key resolutions at its Extraordinary General Meeting, including the approval of a dividend payment of KZT 850 per share for the second quarter of 2024 and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as its external auditor for the year’s financial statements. Shareholders on record as of August 20, 2024, will receive dividends starting August 21, 2024, through wire transfers.
