Karrie International Holdings Limited announced the unanimous passage of all resolutions, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and dividend declarations, at their Annual General Meeting held on August 30, 2024. The voting results showcased overwhelming shareholder support, with 100% votes in favor for most resolutions and over 99% for the issuance and repurchase of shares. The company’s bye-laws were also amended with immediate effect following the meeting.
