Karrie International Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) set to take place on 30 August 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements and director reports for the year ended March 2024, propose a final dividend, and re-elect executive and non-executive directors. The AGM will also include a resolution to authorize the board to allot and deal with additional company shares, subject to certain conditions and limitations.
