Karrie International Appoints New Audit Committee Member

Karrie International Holdings Limited (HK:1050) has released an update.

Karrie International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Lam Yin Shing, Donald as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee, effective from 1 July 2024. Mr. Lam brings extensive experience to the role, with a notable 21-year tenure at Hang Seng Bank and additional leadership positions in other financial institutions. His appointment follows the guidelines of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and is set for a one-year term, with a director’s fee of HK$250,000 per annum.
