Karrie International Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Yam Chung Shing as an independent non-executive Director and chairman of key committees, effective 6 September 2024, citing other business commitments. In the reshuffle, Dr. Lau Kin Wah will take over as chairman of the remuneration and nomination committees, while Mr. Fong Hoi Shing and Ms. Chan Ming Mui, Silvia join the remuneration and nomination committees respectively.
