Karoon Energy Halts Operations Amid Hurricane

Karoon Energy Ltd (AU:KAR) has released an update.

Karoon Energy Ltd has announced that operations at the Who Dat wells in the Gulf of Mexico have been temporarily shut down as a precautionary measure due to the imminent threat posed by Hurricane Helene. The drilling at Who Dat South has also been suspended. The company will assess the impact and announce the resumption of production once the hurricane has passed, which is expected to take three to five days.
