Karnov Group’s nomination committee has proposed a six‑member board with the re‑election of Magnus Mandersson as chair, alongside Ulf Bonnevier, Ted Keith and Lone Møller Olsen, while adding Long Path Partners’ operating partner Tyson Greer and Piab Group CEO Peter Laurin as new directors and seeing Loris Barisa and Salla Vainio decline re‑election. The board also plans to establish a Technology Committee, to be chaired by Greer with Laurin as a member and senior AI adviser Steve Obenski as observer, underscoring Karnov’s focus on strengthening its technology, product development and commercial packaging capabilities ahead of its 7 May 2026 annual general meeting.
