Karnalyte Resources Inc. successfully held its annual shareholder meeting with over half of its outstanding shares represented, resulting in the election of all management-nominated directors and the appointment of KPMG as auditors. The development-stage company, which is preparing to produce potash and nitrogen fertilizers in Saskatchewan, is moving forward with its Wynyard Potash Project aimed at an initial production of 625,000 tonnes per year, as well as exploring the Proteos Nitrogen Project targeting local fertilizer wholesalers.
